Senior Pastors ICF Church Leo and Susanna Bigger

Leo and Susanna Bigger are senior pastors of ICF Zurich, a church with several thousand visitors a week on site and tens of thousands online, and leaders of the ICF Movement. They have been married since 1991 and are the parents of two grown-up sons. They live together near Zurich. They consciously try to live so authentically and convincingly that they can be a role model and, together with their team, bring the church to life again and again. They want to inspire as many people as possible in Switzerland and throughout Europe.

Lead Pastor ICF Munich Tobias Teichen

Tobias and Frauke Teichen have been running the ICF Munich together since 2004. As a married couple, their desire is that people come to know Jesus, develop a living faith in God that is close to everyday life and find a home in the community, thereby positively changing their environment. Tobias has written several books as part of his work as a pastor and preacher and shares his experience from over 20 years of leading a church and company in his own leadership podcast.

Executive Pastor ICF Zurich Michael Sieber

Michael Sieber joined ICF Zurich in 1998, fell in love, got engaged and married in 2002. He has a passion for an authentic and familiar church that draws its strength from honest relationships and friendships.
